About Nicole
I’m a Guardian and Integration Coach at Pachamama Sanctuary, supporting people in grounding and integrating the insights that arise through plant medicine work, times of transition, & profound spiritual experiences.
My path into this work has been shaped by over a decade of trauma healing and study, with certifications in trauma-informed somatics, nervous system work, attachment therapy, Reiki & energy work, and intuitive practices, along with training in Jungian psychology and Internal Family Systems.
For 15 years I also worked as a professional photographer, developing a deep sensitivity to body language, breath, emotional shifts, and nervous system regulation while holding people through vulnerable and transformative moments.
My focus is helping people develop grounded practices that support nervous system regulation, trauma healing, and true integration… so the insights from ceremony and deep spiritual experiences don’t stay as just powerful in the moment, but become embodied, lived change.
This work is especially important in how we navigate our new insights and sense of Self, as well as our relationships... because deeply profound experiences often reshape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us.
