He understands the need for this product as he himself struggled with fear of the dark and insomnia throughout his childhood. In addition to being a business owner, Damon is a research psychologist focused on cognition, education, and human behavior in complex systems. Damon has nearly a decade of leadership experience across business and nonprofit settings. Past roles include Founder, Director of Marketing and Communications, Director of Human Resources, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Consultant.
